Back in May, 2013, I was invited by the law students at the Ho Chi Minh City Law School to serve as a judge for one of their events. During a break, I walked to one of the windows and enjoyed a good view of Nguyen Tat Thanh, the Saigon River, and the Bitexco Financial Tower. How clean Saigon was at that time! Look at the roads and the river. Things have sure changed since I left Saigon 8 months later.
